Trilogy Country Club / Clubhouse A

​Scope Of Work:
 
Create an as-built plan from PDF for Community Clubhouse A ( only )
 
These plans will be used by our firm to adapt interior for changing needs of the community, specifically in the following areas:

1. Rearrange the kitchen, food service areas and dining area at the circular shaped “Cyber Café” while staying somewhat within the existing footprint
2. Space plan Grand Living space to provide a more flexible space
3. Provide new purpose for the billards room

 
Seeking to have drawing completed in Chief Architect for the main floor and the second floor (which is devoted to mechanical systems.)
 
Will need to incorporate lighting into plans
Not concerned about interior finishes
