Sun City Palm Desert
This expansive community has three club facilities and our assignment was to provide the board of directors and the management team a long term update for their interiors. After several initial meetings with their team, we provided concepts and plans that would help the community grow their "brand" over a period of time. And as they move to implement the design schemes and specifications, they are able to budget time, dollars and other resources necessary to accomplish the design. It has been a most worthy project for us and our client and we are pleased that we have become an important part of their team.

Trilogy At La Quinta Phase One-2016 + Phase Two-2022
We are pleased to have been twice selected by the community to provide a fresh new approach to updating their facilities and property. We have provided a vision for this work and their committee has adopted the directions we have suggested they take to update their environment. Here are a few initial concept renderings that visually communicate our thoughts and suggestions for their clubhouse, specifically,... the remodeling of their cafe into a stronger social center, creating a stronger brand message and elevating the perception of the community at large.
Hobe Sound Country Club
After many years of decline and a natural disaster, this classic riverside golf club was in dire need of the renovation of the nearly 10,000 square foot facility. With limited budgets and a tight time frame, we worked with the contractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure the club members would have an awesome traditionally inspired club space, ...something they would be proud of.
