Detail Of Soffit

Option A: Add soffit above Media Cabinet, to be wall to wall, 6" tall and 15" deep. Add LED strip lighting at back side of soffit as indicated and using existing electrical outlet for power. To be sheetrock and painted to match walls of Great Room
Option B: Add soffit as indicated but making the soffit only 12" deep, pulling the soffit off the back wall so it can float. Then mount LED strip lighting on rear facing side of soffit so lighting falls from ceiling down behind the soffit and onto the wall where TV is mounted.
Option C: Add (2) recessed mini-can lights on the far left and far right shooting down from the soffit
