Virtual Staging Design Opportunities
We offer three levels of staging depending on the needs of the home owner and Realtor. We make it easy to do with just the right kind of design to meet the demographics of the home and the neighborhood to attract the attention of potential buyers.
• SILVER PACKAGE
Silver Package includes the following components:
Photo shoot three spaces inside the residence, usually a great room, a dining room and a bedroom works well
Digitally place furnishings that are appropriate to the style of home and match the local demographics
Provide high and low resolution images for inclusions in brochures and websites
Time frame is complete is 3 to four days.

GOLD PACKAGE
What's Included With The GOLD PACKAGE
In addition to the Silver Package, we include these additional components
Digitally enhanced photos that showcase much more dramatic detail including lighting and accessories
An 18" x 24" color board with finishes and fabrics to more fully tell the design story we've planned
Time Frame to complete is 5 to 7 days.

PLATINUM PACKAGE
Take The Staging To A New Level With The Platinum Package
In addition to the Silver and Gold Components, we include the following additional components
3-Dimensional full color renderings of the chosen interior spaces
Scale floor plan that shows placement of furnishings, cabinetry and fixtures
Orothographic view of the interior
A 30 second 3-D virtural walk-thru of the space
Plus design rebates to the homeowner or Realtor should the new buyer contract for a master design plan
AND a two hour consultation for the home buyer as a gift from the Realtor.
Time frame to complete: 7-10 days
In addition to the Silver and Gold Components, we include the following additional components
