Phase Three: Patio Extension and Additional Updates for the CC Clubhouse March 8, 2025, Updated March 10, 2025, Updated March 11, 2025
Main Project Objectives: √ Create Options for Garden Pavillion Space Adjacent to Bar √ New Changes to Exit Doors On the North Side Of Clubhouse, coming off Dining and Bar Spaces • Note: For Added Context, Please Reference CCC Scope Of Work / Phase One and Phase Two for details and information Colors reflect the color direction and not actual finishes Designs reflected here are conceptual ideas only and do not reflect final selected design elements nor decisions.
• Garden Pavilion - Version A
This version represents what a fully enclosed space would look like incorporating traditional 2-by framing,... with painted sheetrock walls, tiled floor, flat roof and (6) 40" x 40" skylights plus seating for 36. Recessed lighting and ceiling fans provide the guests with comfort and lighting.
• Garden Pavilion - Version B
In this version, the design showcases a painted cedar framed walls and beamed ceiling coming off the bar, creating a semi-enclosed space, with openings that would "frame the view" to the course as would windows and doors. The main feature is a fixed, translucent awning for the roof, shielding guests from direct sun with light filtered thru the canvas material. Screens and stationery roman shades complete the design with seating for 36. Note the open fireplace on the north side of the patio and the use of ceiling fans and pendant lighting.
• Garden Pavilion - Version C
For Version C, the new pavilion takes shape using framed aluminum posts and beams fabricated by manufacturers that specialize in modular pergolas. Depending on the vendor, options include motorized rotating "fins" that can close up the ceiling and solar screen-type shades that drop down to reduce the effects of wind and rain. Note the linear-style fire pit at the north side of the existing planter, creating a focal point for those who will be dining in the new structure.
