Ann is celebrating over twenty years of professional practice as an interior designer, nearly half of that with the Design Collective Group. Her design projects include simple condo designs, new home construction + complex large-scale remodeling of single family + estate homes. But each is an example of Ann's sensibility + practicality. With a sustained calm approach + an eye for minute details, her design philosophy is always at the heart of each client project: to make the project a reflection of the client using simple, time-tested design concepts.

Ann's clients look to her for everything from simple kitchen + bath makeovers to full + complete residential + commercial renovations, often with an emphasis of blending interior + exterior living + working environments into one seamless, functional space. Then clients return again + again to seek Ann's advice + counsel as they move from one home to the next, turning to her to assist with the specification of the master plan + then the management of the design, furnishings and fixtures installation.

One aspect is for certain: Ann has built a fine reputation, important set of referrals + large body of work based on a responsible, consistent + logical approach to developing the appropriate solutions, bringing together the right elements to meet the client criteria, the proper furnishings + fixtures that meet the client needs + then coordinating the craftspeople who take Ann's direction to implement the design work. With a degree in interior design, Ann has also passed the National Council For Interior Design Qualification(NCIDQ) examination, the highest professional standard for design competency, skills + knowledge. But looking to the future, Ann has also been certified as an aging-in-place specialist(CAPS) by the National Association of Home Builders. Calling upon her education + experience in barrier-free design, Ann is designing adaptable homes for the aging baby boomer by eliminating the physical + social barriers that can impede an individual's freedom + independence.
