Experienced designers assist the Client in specifying endless interior construction details such as the location of lighting fixtures + choices of plumbing fixtures, along with hardware + counters and layouts of cabinetry for the kitchen + bathrooms. The role that our design professionals play is also to ensure that details are not lost between the studs + the sawdust.

So unless the Client, builder or architect plans to fully coordinate all the minute details with the design specifications, important design elements such as the exact location of an floor outlet in the middle of a space will surely be forgotten. (That's one story we hear too often + too late + with costly consequences for the Client.)
